Surf­ing in the US… most of us think South­ern Cal­i­for­nia, Hawaii, Ore­gon even, but Texas? Prob­a­bly not. Evan Adam­son hopes you’ll think dif­fer­ently. Surfers on Texas’ Gulf Coast have taken to the laid back swell with wet­suits and long­boards, for­go­ing America’s usual coasts. In this video, the direc­tor takes a reg­u­lar day of surf­ing with friends, and crafts it into a unique film that sheds light on a vibrant surf cul­ture in an unsus­pect­ing place.
