I’m sorry you had a shit day, but you’re doing a great job regardless of what anyone around you says. Your department would fall apart without you, and the projects we’ve done wouldn’t be possible without your insight and work ethic. It’s a slow process and that sucks, but you’re doing great things, and you’re making real change and that’s something to be proud of. You’re a good person, and I know people aren’t giving you proper recognition, but I’m really fucking proud of you.
