Story of Test

Story of Test of the OC world of [ Regu ]

Synopsis Overview for the two main Stories: The story follows a detective by the name of Dakota H. His adventures start after meeting a particular alien named Test. Test sought out Dakota due to his relationship with his great aunt who helped Test adjust to Earth life. She disappeared after reporting to her superiors after a failed research experiment and Test had no one else to turn to but him given his ability to see between the lines [Hidden Paranormal Ghost Sight Powers].

Simultaneously, an abandoned man by the name of Samuel sets out to find a new meaning of his path. One Day he was just delivering a special package then one day left to the dust in the Abandoned City after it explodes. He crawled his way out and sought out the truth after the implications of an ex-assassin’s words.

Emanuel:

Age 30 ish - They/He/She - Job Chef + Bartender Sahagin + Au Ra A Bartender/Chef who works alongside Regulus. Has a voidsent companion as a sous-chef. Co-runs and manages Regulus’ restaurant “The Marble Caiman“ while they are away. Located in Limsa Lominsa. [Their specialty is seafood but also serves other dishes Regulus learns on his adventures]

Mint:

Age 26 - He/Him - Job Detective/Journalist Miqo’te* [In Disguise, Is actually a bat beastmen] A vampire bat beastman who secretly lives as a miqo’te Detective/Journalist documenting the adventures of Hildibrand, Nashu, and Regulus. Mint was a wanderer wanting to escape his old life and explore. However he is not much of a fighter but still wanted to try and do something. It was when he stumbled upon Hildibrand and co and grew curious about them and decided to tag along when their first mystery was solved documenting other mysteries they come across.

Neo:

Age 30 ish - He/Him - Job: Adventurer [Hitman] Hrothgar A hit-man for hire who was sent out to tackle Regulus early in their career by an intimated force worried their plans would get ruined. As Regulus grew powerful however Neo slowly backed off from taking him but continued tailing him from afar. Publicly known as a regular adventurer.

Text Log - Alexander Walter

Alexander and Walter is mainly a cheesy corny werewolf / vampire love story mixed with some fatal frame like elements when a studio gets haunted and they set out to investigate it. Walter's camera holds a power that can effect ghost and they use it with Dakota to defeat the boss. however before all that there is a major awkward tension between Alexander and Walter since they were semi high school sweet hearts that gets torn apart by an incident that happens and they don't see each other for over 5 years.

Regu — 03/29/2023 3:25 AM they meet each other by chance since Walter is a photographer and Alexander is a model and it so happens they gotta work together for this new project for a couple of months. its a shoot for a new fashion line for a high end designer but they wanted to hire the best of the best and those two fit the bill, even tho its gonna be awhile before any work starts. [3:27 AM] the biggest thing in this story is the rekindling of a past romance but neither Alexander or Walter knows if the other still has feelings for the other since they didnt know if it was just a lil fling or if it wanted to become anything more. [3:28 AM] they kind of are condescending toward each other for a bit from that and also they learn just how much they changed from the 5+ years they have been apart [3:32 AM] theres a bit of jealousy moments with Alexander as Walter was very chummy with a co-worker possible friend from work (that ultimately is nothing but them being close friends since training) but Walter takes notice of this and semi teases Alexander this goes back and forth until eventually a ghost interrupts their lovers bickering and they have to put that aside and deal with it

Regu — 03/29/2023 3:33 AM after Dakota and Walter finish off the ghost and it finally moves on, the resume the activities but eventually gives up/in and confess they still got some sort of feelings still, they still dont get together after this however and they get busy/embarrassed to face each other after this (edited) [3:34 AM] Both of them also eventually work part time ish for Dakota and Test's offices since Walter has a useful ability/ camera that could be helpful in the future [3:37 AM] The second boss they encounter is at a movie production lot where Alexander lands an acting job and Walter is again working as a photographer to get promotional material they also have to deal with one of Test's enemies Crust.

Regu — 03/29/2023 3:40 AM They do have more of a heart to heart this round and it slowly leads to a more established partnership

Text Log - William Samuel Part 1

Samuel and Williams story gets into the real nitty-gritty of the underground scientists since William was one himself and was partners with Rex once upon a time It was after Rex's betrayal that he and a couple of others left him and formed a gang that mainly fights against Rex's team When he was working with him William developed his lightning weapons and completed a prototype of his knives. He uses them to fight and with the meteorite explosion he is fully attuned to anything electricity related which boosted his efficiency of his knives

Regu — 03/20/2023 4:50 AM Samuel was mainly an innocent bystander who unfortunately got caught up in a messy experiment that involved the meteorite in an active environment He was a simple mail man tasked with delivering the meteorite in a strange location, unknown to him was a place were William's crew was hiding out and on that day there was a battle between him and his enemies That activity somehow made the meteorite react violently, causing a major explosion Samuel lived however and was somehow up and moving afterwards but when he went home weeks had already passed and he was presumed dead Feeling lost he wondered around abandoned areas without any motivations or anything till one day he mindlessly started picking up lost mail and tried to deliver it

Regu — 03/20/2023 4:59 AM Eventually after mulling around Samuel would find an abandoned mall and become companions with a giant mutant tarantula beast He decided to make it his base and took time to learn self defense After 2 ish years Samuel became acquainted with living in the abandoned cities and learned how to fend for himself It was then when he saw ppl in danger and decided to help them To his surprise it was William tormenting the people he didn't know him other than he was there during the explosion but considering he was messing with ppl he wasnt under a good impression of him [5:04 AM] It was here a start of a rivalry between Samuel and William since  Samuel was able to defeat William  completely It was also there a start of a new crew consisting of Samuel and his new team members looking to be a place were people are protected from the constant battles within the abandoned cities From there Samuel's name quickly grew and became a part of the weird battle system established in the zone but Samuel was able to fend off his opponents and became a newfound leader

Regu — 03/20/2023 5:07 AM Samuel and William often butted heads alot considering their bases were quite close to each others and Samuel would steal resources from then since Williams crew own an entire city area (looks similar/akin to Las Vegas) [5:12 AM] Regardless how many times Samuel was caught he kept going into Williams base to gain things for his growing community and didn't want anybody to put themselves in that kinda danger After being an established leader he learned abt the other crews within the zone There was William and his team the biggest around A team based on racing A team who works in the shadows And a team that consisted of ex-stars There are a lot of smaller teams but they would get caught up with the bigger teams

Regu — 03/20/2023 5:16 AM Kinda like a king of the hill type battle system ?  One with the biggest claimed land is the strongest team [5:20 AM] At first Samuel thought William was being stingy with his resources without knowing that William was using his name and power in order to get back at Rex and take his revenge It was one day were William started to make threats to Samuels team to try and intimate him but it didn't work so then Williams crew kept attacking Samuels base Samuel and some others were able to fend them off but they kept coming day after day and despite their resilience Samuel's crew is still much smaller than Williams

Regu — 03/20/2023 5:26 AM It was then Samuel finally decided to surrender after days of attacks William agreed to stop attacking the base but under the condition the Samuel comes with William and his crew Not wanting to get destroyed by his crew Samuel agreed It wasnt long however where something waiting for the exact moment they were together where took both Samuel and William and they were suddenly held captive by Rex [5:28 AM] Rex was eager to conduct his previous experiments again with the meteorite explosion but decided to wait to see the after affects After 3 ish years however he grew impatient and decided to take both parties to see the results of it up close

Darius still runs and owns a bakery thats quite popular in the main city. a mix of a cat cafe and a standard bakery that everyone can enjoy

Text Log - Regulus

Regulus oc verse patch notes update ver whatever the hell now -story plot point comes a little after Rex's 3rd encounter in Samuel n Williams story - Rex still has a secret tool under his belt, the monster that was encased in ice -convenient timing has it so that Regulus' body was fully excavated from the ice and all it needed was a huge jolt of energy to wake up -however after the awakening Regulus just destroyed the laboratory he was trapped in and the area around it -to rex's pleasure however it was exactly as he planned, letting loose a monster to cause absolute destruction - however Regulus has a conscience with him but is being suppressed by rex Story there after is Regulus trying to regain himself but only realizing its all futile considering his past -from then on Dakota n Tests encounters Regulus and fights him at different locations going from True form - Alligator form - Turtle form - ice form then boss rush reversed in the final battle with him -after that Regulus regains complete control over himself since rex was actually mind controlling him then joins Dakota's Detective agency Each battle has Regulus "melt" and  with each form becomes vulnerable which allows Dakota to try and help him utilizing his therapist knowledge + Regulus remembering bits and pieces from hearing Dakotas voice Remembering their past hurts them but after the final fight they simply have to live with it and with the strength to move foward was what let them regain thier mind from Rex (edited)

Regu — 03/20/2023 4:20 AM -Minions in this update are still Regulus minions but lost respect in him after the incident but still follows them after he regains his thoughts. They were tasked with making sure Regulus stays in the ice They act as mini bosses towards Dakota n Test's party before each Regulus fight After Regulus joins the detective team they stay with him when they do their own thing mainly to keep an eye on him (edited) March 29, 2023

Regu — 03/29/2023 3:00 AM Regulus and Test became quick friends due to their similar backgrounds and abilities. Test introduces Regulus to the many things humans have to offer and became a fast fan of music, particularly metal and hard rock, this lead them to learn electric guitar but also learned piano from Test. [3:02 AM] (inna secret guilty pleasure he also listens to yearnful romantic songs and yearns along with them)

Regu — 03/29/2023 3:47 AM There is a point where Regulus teams up with Samuel, William, and Darius to get revenge on Rex after being controlled by him.
