Rodney muffles into Sheppard’s hair, “You’re supposed to lie on your back.”

Flustered and breathing hard, Rodney finally finds Sheppard, “What the hell!”

“Whoa, slow down.” Sheppard says in a calm steady voice. “What’s going on?”

Rodney holds up his phone and John chuckles and then straightens his back. “Sorry, I saw Ronan taking a picture of his elbow… I didn’t think he would do that.”

“COLD SHOWERS! Forever!” Squinting, he corrected himself, “You know what! HOT SHOWERS. One hundred and fifty degrees!”
