Elle: 1. Still on for our run next week? When are you visiting Anthony in NY?

Elle: 2. Is it fine to get a pet for a three year old with the understanding that it's *really* you'd have to care for it?

Elle: I just kind of want to give her the illusion that she's caring for it so she can feel a sense of responsibility. It'll be good for her development, you know?

Elle: Plus she saw rats in the pet store the other day and she's obsessed. Kind of freaked me out at first... but now I think they're kind of cute. And google says they behave like dogs, which is a bonus since I'll /never/ let her have a dog.
