If you like to make stuff with Photoshop, Texturelabs.org is a great resource. I made this mostly by following the tutorial at https://texturelabs.org/tutorials/collage-effect-in-photoshop/ . I made some custom collage layers and added some spot patches, but other than that it was pretty much by the numbers.
