Might as well do a quick rundown on the hater lineage... Ersenta (the human) is the first Guy I made and I am very fond of her. She was a Jedi who fought in the clone wars and takes pride in being one of the council's biggest headaches. She used to be a sentinel but was transferred to a warrior position on the front lines when the war began, given a battalion to lead and a padawan named Binti.
Senta is probably the last person who should be in charge of a kid (let alone 1000 troopers) but she's not as irresponsible as people think. Binti is a moody disaster magnet with self esteem issues. Together with the stony-faced Commander Flowers they make a great team.
Under Senta's guidance Binti's outlook improves greatly and he seems on track to becoming a jedi knight - until order 66 rolls around and everything comes crashing down. He survives on a backwater planet in miserable conditions. By the time he's an adult Binti has already dealt powerful but risky blows to the empire. Driven by grief and anger, his downward spiral continues until the padawan distribution system gives him Teyawit.
Binti rescued Teya, a student who was in imperial custody for illegal possession of a jedi holocron and took her under his wing when she showed signs of being force sensitive. They pester him constantly but the two form a strong bond and eventually Binti softens up.
