Vehicon was Scorponok’s unfinished project that he left behind with his death. Shockwave discovered the project deep inside Decepticons HQ and finished it. Coincidentally, Shockwave was experimenting with creating emotionless foot soldiers, thus, he turned her into a prototype. When she’s finished, Shockwave deemed her as unsatisfactory and a failure, thus he abandoned her in the lab at Kaon, where she wanders around the place since. She spent 12 vorns alone and wandering aimlessly until a certain arms dealer’s daughter found her in the back alleys of Kaon.
