It is like that every morning with the BLUs.
I also gave Blu Medic and Blu Spy different designs. Spy's design was based on this French actor, Jean Dujardin.

Both Red Medic and Blu Medic have the same passion for medicine and experimenting on people, with the difference that while Herbert is cheerful and silly, Marcelo is very quiet and gloomy.
They probably already know each other from somewhere before.
