Why does everything turn into a soap opera with me??? Like I'm sitting here, minding my own damn business, and suddenly I'm like
"What if Rosanna/Flipside was Drifts long lost sister?"
And then I get to,
"What if they have another sibling who was raised by Deathsaurus!?"
(because Deathsaurus is kinda cool in a classic 90s anime way and should be in more shit)
And then THAT turns into
"What if Drift and Rosannas long-long-lost brother was Sixshot l?"
(because Sixshot is also really cool in a 90s anti villain sorta way and he actually has a really interesting character)
And at that point I'm not even sure where I am anymore.
They were all made by Strika in an attempt to create a new generation of decepticons but we're, somehow, the only successes?
(Work in progress. That back stories a work in progress).
Flipside/Rosanna (who incidentally never actually got her own official name. Both of her names are codenames given to her by other people) was literally created as a sleeper agent and shipped off to Cybertron ASAP
Deadlock was initially created as the perfect Decepticon soldier but turned out to have a "glitch" (an em sensitivity) that Strika and others mishandled making him overly aggressive. Strika "handled" this by giving him drugs and just generally being a terrible parent.
Sixshot wound up being given to Deathsaurus in an attempt to establish a political link between Strikas group if Decepticons and Deathsaurus'. (Initially it was supposed to be deadlock (later drift) but the discovery of his "glitch" made her change plans.) He was meant to be given as a servant but Deathsaurus wound up raising him as his son. Notably Sixshots the only one who remembers all of this shit or that he has "siblings". Needless to say he has no love for Strika.
I don't know what this idea developed. I guess I just really love dramaaaaaas.
