Prisoners still get Medical Care

I like to think TFA KOBD's meet cute was Knock Out (being specialized in bodywork, frames changes, and under-the-table custom modifications) "getting hired"/being voluntold to treat the Stunticon's post their botched attack.

Knockout had at least a canonical headshot shoved in the almanacs and Breakdown,,poor Breakdown was in featured in some comics and my beautiful boy,,I gave him his beef, his blue, AND his bulk back lmao
