This weekend my Dad and I finally watched Star Wars the Force Awakens

He bets Rey is Obi-wan’s daughter, I bet Rey is Luke’s daughter.

Will he be right? Will I be right? Or will a curve-ball be thrown proving both us wrong?

Okay but can we talk about the forehead kiss Rey gives Finn at the end of tfa That's probably one of the few memories of her parents, of what 'family' and 'belonging' mean, and here's this person she's only known for a little while, who /came back/ for her even though he was scared and didn't have to he fought his way back and acted like she mattered And then she promises to come back, like her family never did for her but he did, but she can't even make that promise while he's conscious and can't tell him how grateful she is that he's her friend and I just :))))))))
