I promised a friend that I will go to Sydney pag naka 1 year na sila and here I am fulfilling that promise (hahaha!) but kidding aside it actually started as a prayer asking God if I should migrate to Australia or New Zealand (eto yung time na I started asking "Lord, what's next?). It was unclear back then and I was constantly seeking for answers. I just grabbed the opportunity to at least have a visit. So, I booked the trip to have that "Sydney-feels" (aka impulsive decision haha!) and also, wala pa kong major vacation leave that year so I G'd.
It was my first solo trip (and outside Asia pa!). Sobra nerbyos ko flying alone lalo sa immigration (hahaha!) but nung nag-land ako sa Sydney and nag stroll ako with friends, honestly I fell in love with the idea of living and having a life in Australia. Sabi ko, Lord thank you for allowing me to see and feel Sydney! I enjoyed every second of it. Sa sobrang saya ko, di ako nag sunblock so nognog ako aka "Aussie Tan" (hahaha!)
