Green, red and blue
Regarding the colour-metas: The soundtrack-images of the three episodes fit that whole idea, too, don’t they?
TST is grayish/olive green (note that in some countries, green and blue are seen as one and the same colour and therefore share the same expression):
TLD is crimson red (like the dominating colour in the episode itself is):
TFP is metallic blue (like the flair of Sherrinford and the water-allusions):
