I'm wondering if there's any updates on the zine for the month of June? I received both email updates from the two months before, but for some reason I don't think I've seen any updates for this month

Our deepest apologies for the delay, we will be sending out the June newsletter within the coming day. We had been waiting for confirmation on the status of some items/logistics before sending out an update, but this month went by particularly quickly in the meantime. We understand the concern and hope to have everyone on the same page very shortly!

Hello! It seems that you are informing your customers monthly update status on the zine, but I haven't received any email related to that. Is there a way to receive this? Do I send my email address to you?

Hi! It seems some customers haven't received the emails, probably due to spam filters :( We are sorry of they've been missed.

However, we have posted our May update newsletter today, which will be going to the email customers used upon checkout. If it ends up in spam please whitelist our address to ensure future emails are received. Hello! Unfortunately, it's not possible, we're sorry you just missed out! Once we've shipped out preorders we do intend to open a leftovers sale, but stock will be very limited and we expect the bundles will sell quickly. Hello, so I just posted my zine yesterday on Instagram and I just notice that my Van Zieks acrylics just got scratched and rushly done on the gold foil on both side of them. Since that was the only one out of the package was slightly damaged. And wondering if I should get a replacement on that one. And if you wanted the picture I took the picture the day I gotten them.

Hi there, all acrylic charms come from our manufacturer with a plastic film on both sides, which may appear as a scratched/imperfect surface. Please ensure to remove the plastic film from both sides. If that doesn't solve the issue, please email us with your order number and any further details, and we can try to sort something out!
