"You have a black eye. Where you fighting with someone?"
[ ♪ ] The blond’s ears perked up at the sound of the other’s voice, his attention shifting to him before he frowned lightly and looked off to the side, bringing a hand up to cover his eye, which was indeed bruised and black. He bowed his head and shook it after a moment. "It’s nothing… I’m fine."

"It was them again, right? Those bullies.... those I saved you from weeks ago, hmm?" Naruto asked, not exactly trying to pry into his business, but right now he couldn't care less about his original goal. The boy was indeed hurt and if belonging to this group and having friends meant to do such awful things, then he could just leave it, couldn't he?
"Hey, let's just go to the infirmary. I'll take care of it," he suggested and smiled at the smaller male. Perhaps he shouldn't get so close to Ven in the first place, but he couldn't know his feelings before they even fully developed.
