Theseus was known throughout the entire school as a punk - what with his get up of pierced ears and leather jackets. They don't know much about him since he's usually avoided and he doesn't draw attention to himself for his own reasons. That is, until a fight breaks out in the hallway and it was one of the bullies he knew from way back as well as the principal's grandson, an honor student named Percival. He makes his way towards it, and rushing when he sees red on the kid on the floor, "Hey!"

Percival really should have seen it coming; it wasn’t unusual for him to be jumped when turning around corners, especially at lunch time. But he’d been wrapped up in his own thoughts about the fight with his father that morning, so he hadn’t been paying attention until it was too late. 

The bully, another senior, had knocked Percival too the ground before he had the chance to even cry out. Percival yelped and fell and grazed his jaw on the ground, and attempted to struggle away.

As a mun of a Thess rp blog this hurts me but I can understand him but ouch???

The way I see Thes involves a lot of layers, on the outside he’s the cocky war hero who’s proud of that title but secretely there’s a lot of survival’s guilt raging inside him and he has little pride for what he did during the war. He did what he needed to do to survive or to save the lives of innocents or those he cared about. But he also knows that many of his actions could be seen as war crimes by another point of view. 

My version of Theseus is not proud of being ‘the war hero’, he secretely hates the title with a passion. That’s my personal view on him, but I’m always open for friendly discussions on his character and would love to hear your personal headcanons. :)

Theseus' death before the war ended was both a shock and a devastating event. It has been 8 years after that and Percival has been able to move on from the death of his lover and found a new one, even as he lay in the bed of MACUSA, he didn't know of the redhead who found himself strong enough to reveal that he was actually alive, was in the hallway right now - almost reaching his room without knowing that his new lover was there with him. (Les do dis;))

Leo stood over Percival’s hospital bed, holding the injured and sick man’s hand and murmuring soft words of reassurance as his weary lover tried to sit up and hold a conversation. 

“It’s alright, luv. I’m here. You don’t need to talk, just rest, ok?” Leo whispered, stroking Percival’s sweaty hair out of his eyes. 

“Le...oh” Percival managed to mumble, grasping weakly at the blankets and at Leo’s hand. He was so weak and tired, but he had to stay awake for Leo. He had to make sure it was real this time, not another dream conjured by Grindelwald.

He fidgets in his spot as he nervously debated on whether or not this was a good idea. Theseus was in front of the address given to him by Seraphina and he was beginning to wonder if showing up to someone's door -- someone he hadn't seen in a while -- was a good idea or not. Before he could change his mind and leave, he knocks on the door, shoving his hands into his pockets soon after as he waited. [th-seus]

Percival groaned as a knock sounded at the door. He was just trying to relax for once, smoking on the couch and flicking through a book. He stood up, dizzy for a second, and trudged crankily to the door. His wand was still grasped firmly in his hand though; no matter how annoyed or tired he was, he never let himself be vulnerable or exposed.

Percival opened the door a little and peaked out. When he caught sight of the man, he dropped the door and let it swing wide open. 

“T-Theseus?” He whispered.

His hands were on either side of Percival's head, his face scrunched up in a grimace and his body was curved over the Director's. It was a split second decision that he took - it was either Percival lives or dies and he would really prefer to have the former. He chuckles painfully as the Aurors tried to finish off the opposing wizards, "Y-you okay, Perce...?" (henlo again c:)

Percival blinked up in surprise at Theseus above him. “T-Thes?” He whispered, and reached his grazed hands up to cup the other’s face. “Are you okay?” He continued, voice trembling in terror at the pain in Theseus’ voice.
