RJ gasped as a metal collar snapped closed around his neck, taking a stumbling step forward before falling to his knees as he tugged at the unyielding contraption. "What have you done?" he cried out, feeling his magic somehow being closed off. There must have been some smell or enchantment on the collar because he could no longer feel the magic that normally flowed through him. @domanon
