Yukio gave a soft smile as the younger demon embraced him. He returned the squeeze and gave a soft croon.
“Hey. I haven’t seen you in ages.” He hadn’t seen most people outside his family in ages. College was brutal.
He replied with a small croon of his own; he was around humans all the time now, so it was nice to feel like he could be a bit more like himself. “A lot happened,” Rin said, his smile fading slightly. Understatement of the year.
“...We had to leave my forest.”
