This girl with serious expression is the Arz . She isn’t  good expressing emotions despite being very temperamental . She uses his companions ( mini tornadoes ) to express herself. They are also in charge of caring for the next generation of the elemental cycle. They change according to its new owner , both in format as personality ! Oh , the preferred pastime of Arz is walki around in his " air card " and bet races
