Nimo

It wasn't until this morning that the death of my friend Nimo really hit me. Last night I was just shocked and surprised. This morning I was filled with sadness.

I didn't realize during her life how much she really meant to me. She was a wonderful person who always greeted you with a smile. She loved hugs. Even in her saddest times she kept a smile on her face. She was beautiful. She was lovely. She had the most wonderful sense of fashion. She was creative and talented. She always made me feel good when I saw her, and I tried to do the same. 

There's only so much that I can say without being redundant towards what everyone else has already said. She was special, as is everyone who I meet in my life. And this just makes me realize that I need to cherish the people in my life who I care about, who care about me, and who I love. Friends and family, no matter where you are, I love you, and I mean it. Because I don't say that enough, and I don't have any way of knowing when the last time I'll say that is.

Nimo, you will be missed dearly. 

To her family and close friends, I wish the best. In these times it is hard to find solace in anything, but know that she will always be remembered, and she will always have a special place in our hearts.
