Who’s the Cuddler: Gon. Easily. But… Killua would quickly grow accustomed to it after being in a relationship for awhile. I could picture them both teasing each other about it, with Gon being much more willing to embarrass Killua about how much he secretly loves doing it. Cuddling becomes a quick staple for them both in the early and later stages of their relationship.
But yes, Gon would be the bulldozing force that starts it all. Simply because Killua would be too embarrassed to even consider it at first.
Who Makes the Bed: I think they would both be terrible about remembering this, honestly. I think Killua might be more likely to, but then again, Gon seems to be ironically tidy, considering how Mito raised him and how they interact on Whale Island. Those habits probably stayed with him, so actually… maybe Gon!
I’m not too sure about this one, but Killua would probably not even think about it, so, Gon would be the one to do it. Yes. This has been decided. Gon Freecss would actually think about making the bed and actually having a high percentage chance of success.
Who Wakes Up First: Gon. I could never picture Killua not taking the chance to sleep in when he can. Gon seems like such a wild child anyway, who’s probably built up habits of leaving his place early in the mornings as a kid to go explore. I could see him as the type to take whatever chance he can get to wake up and explore, and he would always try to push Killua to those habits (unless Killua is, of course, too adorable for Gon to wake up).
Who Has the Weird Taste in Music: I could picture both Killua and Gon having pretty adverse tastes in music, but Gon would be more lackadaisical about it. I could picture Killua being much pickier and even teasing Gon about his tastes, or comparing certain artists if it was relevant to the conversation. Granted, I’m not sure what music they would actively listen to, but Killua seems like someone who would enjoy many different genres, and Gon would be the one to tolerate country music… which Killua, of course, rejects.
(Sorry if you like country music.)
Who is More Protective: Killua and Gon would both be incredibly protective of each other. Killua is more aware, though, so naturally he would want to be more protective of Gon, and has shown this exponentially in the anime. Over time, Gon would become more protective and maybe even show some frustration towards Killua for placing himself in danger for his friend.
As they currently are, though, Gon has not shown the same level of sheltering needs or protectiveness for Killua, at least to the extreme extent that Killua has shown on some occasion. I think it’s undoubtedly there, since Gon clearly adores Killua so much and vice versa, but there are pretty toxic elements to their friendship (and even an established relationship) that stems from one person’s misunderstandings and need for control against the other’s more instinctive approach.
Over time, as they get older, the protectiveness would be more level and equal, and more easy to spot.
Who Sings in the Shower: Gon. Killua would mock him for it and try to get him to stop, but he secretly enjoys it and thinks it’s adorable.
Who Cries During Movies: I actually have a hard time picturing either of these boys getting too emotional during a movie, but Gon would probably be the first to cry. Or, ironically, Killua would, and Gon would tease him for it. I could see it going any which way.
Who Spends The Most While out Shopping: Killua. We’ve already touched on that in the anime with his apparent obsession with chocolate and his willingness to spend a ridiculous amount of money on that one product… Gon, also, seems a bit more frugal by comparison. I could see him being the more rational one about this.
Who Kisses More Roughly: They would both be a bit aggressive about it, but I could see Killua actually starting the kisses roughly before Gon gets accustomed to it.
Who Is More Dominant: They’re equal. I cannot express this enough. Gon and Killua are so balanced, but Gon does have a more dominant/assertive personality in contrast to Killua’s more cautious and relatively demure nature. However, in a relationship, and when Killua becomes more comfortable with their dynamic, I could see this switching quite a bit. Hooray for balance!
My Rating Of the Ship From 1-10: There are only two ships I will go down with… and this my all-time favorite ship…
