3. Favourite line/scene you wrote this year‘You shouldn’t have to know someone to want to save their life!’
Hard to choose a favourite scene, so I’ll go with favourite line. It’s from a story called Value; a fic I regularly forget exists. One of my favourite things about Keith is how classicaly noble he is, and canonically tries to save people rather than abandoned them to their fate. I think it speaks to his own experience and his (surprisingly) hopeful nature. I wrote this line with that quality in mind after the other paladins abandon a galra officer to die, not knowing she is in fact Keith’s mother.
