 Derek wasn’t sure how this was his life. Some how he was living “The dream” up in New York with his sister leaving there small town home behind. He wasn’t always sure have to call your sister boss was really the dream, but her genius when it came to marketing couldn’t be denied. This made Derek’s life mostly revolve around catering to big companies when it come to office supplies. Not that his new Friend new that... They had met at a restaurant because they boy, Stiles, had forgotten his wallet in the car and Derek had offered to pay for his food. 

There was something about the human that made him just enjoy his company? they’ve been dancing out with each other. Derek still wasn’t sure if he was gay- he’d swear up and down he was flirting sometimes, good god, but then he’d take it back... It could be he’s just exited to have an older friend who was out of college who could technically buy him alcohol. Not that it’s ever happened.

1. who would be the one to randomly adopt a puppy without consultation

No one in the pack could deny the obvious sexual tension between  Derek and Stiles in the past. Somehow after collage Stiles manage to woo Derek into dating him. Then some how convinced him that they should live together. Honestly Derek hasn't been happier, and he never regretted any of it one bit, but- "Stiles what the fuck is a dog doing here in are apartment." He glanced down at the hyperactive puppy that matched Stiles hyperactive self when he was a teen a little too well. It didn't seem to like him one bit as it bounded away to hide behind Stiles legs. It didn't stop Derek from trying to glare at it despite the barrier causing the dog to whine. The perfect smell of us. The unique smell of Derek and stiles has been amply trampled on all over with gross dog smell. It's managed to shed more then Derek has, and all over Stiles at that. Derek crosses his arms as he looks at his boyfriend.

Starter: ESPer!Stiles

 Stiles is a born ESPer/Telepath. The longer the power takes to develop the more powerful the ESPer. There is not a sign or symptom that is known to show that a person is a dormant ESPer, but most gain their powers around the age of 10. Most are also biologically inherited. His mother had it, and now he is going to have the ability to move objects with his mind and see into peoples hidden mind.

It didn’t look like it, but he might have been paying attention to Stiles for most of the pack meeting. Derek wasn’t sure what was wrong with Stiles. He probably paid to close attention to the boy half the time. A small voice in the back of his head reminded him he wasn’t a boy anymore. He was legal, but that was besides the point. Stiles smell has been tinged by some anxiety. Stiles ability to concentrate was hindered by something, but there was nothing overtly distracting that would pull at his ADHD like this. Derek would know he has a mental list. Still it wasn’t bad enough to where anyone else seemed to notice so Derek didn’t say anything.

Starter: Kidnaped!Derek

They took him and used him for organ harvesting. Werewolves can regenerate their body parts. What better species to use that’s so compatible with human anatomy? Black marketed organs could sell for millions. When someone’s life rested on an organ that organ is priceless. Derek the newest addition to their “farm” seemed almost used to the routine. One week they focused on the upper half of the body: cutting off the arms, one of the lungs, eyes, and couple of other bones. Second week was the lower half:  legs, kidney, and small parts of the gut were removed over time till they had a complete organ. After a while you no longer needed to sedate the wolves they were so lost in their own head, and he was well past breaking point. That’s how Stiles found him. Alone in that room where the wolves blood coated the walls.

Everyone knew Derek left Beacon Hills. No one knew where he went, but he was a lot closer then everyone knew. Watching the pack go through high school made him sad he missed his chance. That it was taken away from him after his family died to do something so normal.  He didn't want to live with his past anymore. He wanted a new life.

He made a deal with a powerful witch on the east cost to turn him back into a teen with a new identity. He knew he'd feel guilty getting this chance when people such as Erika and Boyd don't get a do over so he made sure the ghost blocked his memories. It's not that he doesn't remember who he was, who his family was, or what happen to him. I t was just vague and distant. Especially the newer memories. So here he was back in beacon hills a transfer student.

Starter: Fox!Stiles

 The events in teen wolf never happened. Derek got his normal were wolf life, and Scott never got bitten. With Stiles tendency of getting into trouble  he wasn't so lucky. He discovered magic in his senior year and high school and has been traveling down the rabbit hole ever since.

Fast ford to today. Derek was in collage, and it had been a long day. He still needed to study for a test, but wasn't sure if he actually WOULD get to it today. Heading inside he almost missed the flash of dark orange. Back tracking he was surprised to find... a fox? This wasn't the best environment for a fox... college kids could be cruel.  He walked towards the fox with the intentions of taking it back to his dorm.

Unfortunately stiles was the only one there, and would be the only one sane to leave. Derek had gained a copy of another packs bestiary. Stiles was supposed to come over to grab it, but when he arrived the house was gone under a heavy fog. Staggering towards Stiles Jeep was a half laughing wolf named Derek who couldn't make it in time as the fog expanded encompassing him and stiles. Derek now howled in agony.
