Why do the fic ideas show up when you don’t have the time for them?
I have never written a Jonathan Pine story, and I just got an idea for a - seriously - AU fic with him as a professional chef getting revenge for a friend whose cafe was driven out of business by ruthless restauranteur Richard Roper (thank you, gods of alliteration). It would really be an excuse to write a lot about food and have him fuck the witty, suspicious new bartender. She knows he’s up to something, but does she care enough to give up that big dick of his?
I only have eighteenbillionity WIPs already.... Sigh.
