what is there to be said of icarus ? you were warned, yet you persisted, imprudently. but what of your first taste of liberation ? the exhilaration that follows the first ray of the sun to touch you as you are, as a free man, makes you drunk on joy. we all know the foolish things that drunken people are capable of. was the fall as thrilling as the flight ?

Me knowing im friends with the people i talk to bc why else would they talk to me???

Also me: okay but what if you aren't friends? Remember that time when they left you on read? What if theyre still mad about when you did that thing??? How can you be so sure they're your friends mickie? Even if they say they are, how can you be sure they arent just being nice? How do you ask someone if theyre your friend without seeming needy?
