A total, unabashedly weird, freezer/fridge cleanout meal. Complete with curious snoot.

I could barely close my freezer anymore, it was so packed--and I had so much veg on the bad side of questionable in my fridge.

Garlic. Onions. Tons of jalapeños that I slice at the beginning of the week and legit eat like chips (my love for spice knows NO bounds). Some olive-oil poached tomatoes I made earlier in the week. Frozen green beans that had freezer burn (pepper loves frozen green beans). A yellow pepper that was probably a few hours away from being dodgy. Frozen shrimp. I threw it all in the instant pot, found some red curry paste and some coconut milk. I even scrounged up a pack of instant ramen that I didn’t even bother cooking first--once the curry was done I just ladled some in a bowl, threw in the noodles, and covered it with foil for a few minutes.
