have you ever had that feeling?

that feeling where your chest and throat gets real tight

you can feel your heart beating like crazy

you can't even think straight....you have a million different crazy thoughts flying around your head in pandemonium.

on the verge of throwing up but its kinda just stuck in a lump in your throat

you can't move, you're just stuck there despite the crazy feelings going all throughout your body

the bad feeling in the pit of your stomach that resonates up to your chest and cramps up your legs paralyzing you, keeping you stuck in time and place

time goes by slower than ever, one minute feels like eons, you're just stuck there and you can't do anything, just stuck, helpless, useless, with nothing but terrible thoughts running through your head.
