I look up to you so much as a writer, you have no idea
I can't dress because I never shop because I never go anywhere, so I need to start going out if I want to be cute.
I would still read it <3 I want to find out how you reconcile everybody especially after more disastrous events unfold. Those are super fun! All that tension in the air (the one's where they misunderstand each other and feel awful at the end are my favorite). And the ball just started rolling with the inevitable parental confrontations, the inconvenient timing of lovelines, the impending scandals and corporate shenanigans. 1/3
Also I like how you write them and get all of their perspectives just right. Rachel calculative and vulnerable and Eun Sang practical and compassionate. Both brilliant ladies who must help out the angst ridden boys in their crisis while maintaining their careers. And you really capture Hyo Shin’s frustration while he struggles with depression and well his life. I’d like to see how Young Do works out his engagement, family issues, and bullying past.
Plus you put in so much thought into the little details. I love it when they pop up again and connect to the story. You’re like a Chekhov Ninja ;) I hope you can keep it going! No pressure. I just enjoy reading it.
Thank you very much, anon, for sending me such a lovely message. I’ve been rereading it all week. *loves* (I’m pleased you enjoy the emotional misery I was putting everyone through. Those were some of my favorite parts, too.)
I’m glad you’ve liked my take on our main quartet. Rachel and Eun-sang are still the only two who haven’t interacted yet, which is a shame. (Then again, I’ve only covered two weeks in the story, so it is, perhaps, forgivable.) I spent the bulk of Dividing Lines fighting between the urge to give them plots that are even further removed from the guys and the panicky voice in my head that reminds me there are only so many spinning plates I can handle at once.
Chekhov Ninja–I love it. XD I hope I can continue DL, too.
Thank you, anon. This message meant a lot to me.
The dirtiest look I’ve ever seen in my life.
okayyyy so i'm calling it DONEZO on my story even though it's not FULLY done but eh that's what workshop is for right??? i just can't look at it anymore.
Otters are really cool. They can scare off Anacondas.
