Why on god's green earth would you be unsure what to put under first and last name? "Should I put our business name again?" No!!! They have that!!!! Just put our contact name!!!
Put the first and last name... of the point of contact for this donation at our business. You. That would be you. Put your name.
Why are you asking me this??? Especially since you, by your own explanation, have done a few donations and already done exactly that? And at the same time you're asking me if you should put my name, I say that's fine, and you say "Well I've put mine in the past should I put mine to be consistent?"
