Hey loyal followers! Thanks for sticking around in my years and months of absences.
For a while, I didn’t have a phone that was capable of handling another app, and I lost my laptop a few years back, so I had, like, zero access to tumblr. I was also taking time to get life back on track, and, if any of you care, things are good! Life’s been looking up, and I’m in a really good place. I am happy.
So, I got a new phone, it has lots of space, and so I got my tumblr back and I’m here to stay. I may not be active all the time, but I’ll still be around.
To any of the friends I’ve made on here, possibly wondering where I’ve fallen off the world too, I’m still here!!

Not that I know of. I've travelled a lot, even as a kid, so maybe I bounced there once or twice, but I really wanna do the touristy thing there eventually!!!

This was really insightful, I’ll share it with her Oh wow, cool. I hope that her stay is a positive one and that she learns much. Wish her the best from a fellow au pair and remind her to take care and also to remember no matter what that family called upon her because they wanted and needed her. If it doesn't feel right, though naturally I'm hoping it's smooth sailing and a massively positive life experience, then she is not obliged to stick around to her detriment. Oh and she should make sure to keep in regular contact with loved ones to stay grounded, safe, and maintain a sense of self and normality. Even great families cannot replace true families, biological or chosen.

I find using a little bit of baby oil instead of cooking oils work a lot better and doesnt leave your bath tub a death trap for the next person who uses it
