4 years ago this was the only outward sign I had broken not one but both radius bone ends. No one could see but it was true. The other arm looked just like this. People told me it could have been worse and I believed them. So I didn’t take as good care of myself as I should have. Just because there is no cast, no outward sign, no jagged ends sticking through the skin doesn’t mean that your broken.
