Do you like salmon bites? Here’s some Jerk Salmon Bites with Creamy Cajun Pasta! This was sooo good. Too good. I used the Alaskan sockeye filet for these but next time I think I’ll use the Atlantic Salmon cut the next time! I prefer the Atlantic Salmon because it’s a little more meaty and less flaky. Jerk Salmon Bites
- 2 lbs of salmon cut into bite sized chunks
- 1 tsp dry jerk rub
- 2 tsp wet jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp All purpose Seasoning
- 1 tsp Seafood seasoning (old bay will work)
For the Creamy Pasta
- 8 oz Fettucine Pasta (usually 1/2 of the box)
-2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 pint Heavy Cream
-2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
-1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced into halves
-4 oz Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
-1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
-1 tsp Creole Seasoning
-1/2 tsp All Purpose seasoning
