Since I have a fridge full of jams I've tested and I'm also eating a high protein low carb diet I decided to start making my own nut butters. I used to do this when my eldest were toddlers and then I fell out. I have rediscovered it with a new found passion and I am SERIOUSLY considering introducing #nutbutters to my Jam line. Because nothing is better than a nut butter and jam sammie. Behold my Salted Dark Chocolate Cashew Butter. Made with melted dark chocolate, a dash of pink Himalayan sea salt, coconut oil and roasted cashews and blended into a smooth, decadent and velvety butter. This tastes fiyah on a piece of my homemade bread solo or with a dollop of Honey Basil Jam. Would you cop a pint jar of my nut butter (haha I said NUT butter)!
