Don't lose yourself trying compromise for an attraction... My potential is at its peak , so why should I lower the temp. because of a handsome face? I don't think finding love should mean to compromise who you are , what you are. This is where I see compatibility as being very important. I don't want a me , but I want someone who makes me comfortable to be me. Yunno ? There's got to be SOME common ground. There's SO much I've got to start this year. So much elevating to do , but suddenly I've caught myself trying to balance satisfying a conversation that's remained on its surface, school, Faith, and staying true to me and my dreams all at once. I hate it. I try to be open arms , and the moment that happens I see myself drifting away. The thought of a warm embrace is beautiful, but if I can't be solely ME then I don't want it. I won't risk internally screaming to be seen again. If you can't look at me and dig deeper than the surface... I don't think I want it. Let me be me. Realize who I am. This is not a plead.
