music meme thing
I was invited to do a music game by the lovely youngpearl and its my first time being challenged to a meme so I'm happily doing it.
The game is this: you take your music device (ipod or whatever you use), hit shuffle/random, and list the first ten songs that come up, and then tag 10 friends. The goal is to get to know people better by what type of person they listen to. Now, I don't actually have a portable music player nor software for listening to music, because unlike pretty much our entire generation, I'm incredibly passive about music--I listen to whatever comes my way and then occasionally go to youtube to listen to a song when it gets stuck in my head. Because I can't shuffle/random, I'm just going to list 10 songs I've recently actually gone out of my way to listen to: 1. We'll Be Counting Stars (OneRepublic) 2. Hey Brother (Aviicii) 3. Anaconda (Nicki Minaj) 4. Everytime it Rains (Charlotte Martin) 5. Dreams (Fleetwood Mac) 6. Death of all the Romance (The Dears) Okay, that's actually all I have listened to in the past week except what's been in movies, etc. I could be listing a bunch of other songs I love, but that seems somehow like cheating on this meme.
