Everytime I make Bisquick Cheeseburger Pie, I start out thinking, “Eh, this isn’t that much more difficult than the veggie version” ...
... and I am very shortly proved wrong YET AGAIN.
#veggie pie#uses frozen veggies#thawed and drained#mix with shredded cheese#in a greased pie plate#pour in the bisquick-egg-milk mix#bake and BOOM DONE#but cheeseburger pie#you must chop things#and brown meat#and dRAIN off the grease#THEN you bake#MUCH MORE DIFFICULT#and don't get me started#on the CLEAN UP
