It’s been a long journey to get it - an adventure that only Omicron could have helped with, and Yondu has been more than delighted to work with them again. He has, of course, been planning a double cross   ( what are friends for, right? )   but they still have the trek back before their friendship ends for another month or so. “Not that we ain’t already both swimmin’ in creds, but what’s a little more on top, right?”

“So, does it hurt when you do the whole dragon thing?” Quentin asked, doing a gesture that vaguely resembled flames from his mouth.  Sure, he could’ve just said “breathing fire,” but that was boring.

Donuts | Ben and Five

The missions were getting harder. What was once stopping bank robberies was now taking down crime rings. What was putting on a plaster at the end of the day was nursing wounds and broken bones. It was tough and none was taking it harder that Ben. 

Five had noticed and with Diego’s broken arm, Luther caring for Allison and Klaus doing...whatever Klaus was doing he knew no one else would be there to help. 

He waited until everyone was in bed before made his way to Ben’s room and knocked before pushing open the door. “Ben?” He whispered, not wanting to disturb the rest of the house.

Quentin didn’t know what had attacked him.

All he knew is that it did, and now he was rushing away, hand pressed to his bleeding arm, cussing under his breath.

He wasn’t looking where he was going, gaze fixated in the distance--and he couldn’t help it when he collided into someone.

“What?” he snapped, before his lips pressed together.  “Sorry.”
