If The Apprentice were a movie about fictional characters, I'm sure it would be really popular. I really think that, not only would it have won awards during this past season, but people would be eating it up on Twitter and here on Tumblr and posting fics to AO3 and edits to Tiktok.
Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong gave Oscar worthy performances, but aside from amazing acting, it needs to be said that this is a really good movie (with good writing, directing, makeup & hairstyling, cinematography, score...), and a really fun movie.
