Some doodles feat. my Little Nightmares OC Valry, or The “Apprentice” (and Birdkeeper in one)  He’s always been fun to draw and continues to be!

I was in a designing mood today and had a concept in mind for a long while now, and finally decided to get it down! A self-insert/sona??? I guess? for the Little Nightmares universe! 

She keeps rats, mice and other animals in cages, and can be caught singing to them. Little and chaotic, very orderly and sorts things out in her quarters regularly, and has hindered line of sight due to hair covering her eyes, but she can still see things moving! She’ll also be alerted if you step on that trailing train of hair so be careful~!

To defeat the Birdkeeper, her hair needs to be hooked onto something like a hook or a crank and wound back, her cage hooked onto something else, once both things are pulled taught enough, eventually her head comes clean off... one of the more gory “deaths” a la the Janitor :)

Saw your ask game and the Birdkeeper story sounds very cute. Tell us more about it?

Aah okay! So basically I wanted to write somewhat of a YA novel. I really enjoy the concept of fairies and borrowers (not sure if you can tell :p) and wanted to write one about fairies and thought "what if fairies but they have bird wings instead of bug/dragonfly wings?" So I started it off with that.

She gets injured in the first few chapters and gets help from a human who studies birds. Humans are bad for fairies usually, but he's sweet and kind and just wants to help her through her injuries and she slowly starts crushing on him... which is obviously a bit difficult.

There's also a little drama but I can't quite touch on that part yet xD But yes! It's a little novel I'm attempting to work on.
