My Drawtober Day 18: Pendrive Azul

Technically not an exe at all (but when has that stopped me) the first (to my knowledge) sonic creepypasta, it felt right to draw him, he's a spooky lil lad but I like him

Its very hard to emulate flashing lights without actual flashing lights hence the bizarre background
