He makes your cherishment known, if subtly

There’s obvious favoritism when it comes to you and other rogues and minions

You two have a sort of familial relationship

You have nicknames for each other, you both have the same attitude to other people’s ridiculous shenanigans, you’re the second voice of reason in the dork squad and you help him out in the lab when you’re able to

He even subtly influences you to take on a possible apprentice job when you get older

But, a lot like a good father, he reflects on it and realizes he’d rather you find your own path of happiness rather than following his legacy

He addresses this new development to you in a very uncharacteristically blunt way

He wants the best for you, by his side or not

You’re like his own kid, and like any good father, he wants what’s best suited for you

There’s a lot of smart-assery from the both of you (which leads to many a shenanigan) and your shared egos will be the demise of Gotham

First off, naturally having his own criminal empire, Harvey has a talk with you on your intentions

Depending on how you respond, it could either lead to a massive blow out between the both of you but if you play it cool and reassure him that you never fell for him for his empire, that’ll cool his jets real quick

Once he gets over the initial shock, the cocky bastard he managed to keep really starts to show
