I saw the poster for this film and thought it looked intriguing. So I give it a shot. Thinking it was an animation. It was not, but it still a gem of a movie.

It's a man, with his lover, an unexpected curiosity about his wife and their sexual encounters. It's love, but it disappears one day. The shock of finding out your loved died and you had no idea for weeks, you can't share that lost with anyone.

So the movie makes a bold choice. He gets the lover to intricate himself into this other live, learning about the other side of his man that he loved, his religion, his culture, a little bit of himself. Sharing that grief with his wife. And lots and lots of baking.
