As a white fan, I think the things you post about are really important. They're things that need to be talked about and addressed, no matter how uncomfortable that makes people. I actually followed you for the metas, because I wanted to be more aware of my actions and how they affect people, as well as how racism is present in Tolkien's work. I hope you have a great day!

:) Thank you! This makes me feel so much better. I’m just glad people read my things, i’m glad people are reading them. I put so much effort into this blog, and when I feel like i’m speaking into a void, I lose hope. 

But then I get messages like this and my notes go up, and I feel grateful people are listening! So thank you!

I made a sequel to the last video about this subject; this time, I addressed Thorin Oakenshield, as well as the questionable-to-awfully-antisemitic coding used in The Hobbit. I’d like to know what you think! (Moth)

I know we all joke about Thorin and the rest of the dwarves (excluding Bombur) lacking the ability to cook but it still confuses me that dwarves are often written as missing such a basic (and very important) survival skill.

If Tolkien's work has taught me something it is that everybody is in it for their our reasons and don't make a fool of yourself thinking they don't.
