love him or hate him, kanye west is one of the biggest artists, celebrities, and personalities of our time. yesterday my brother, the les, a decorated DJ in the SF Bay Area, and who is one of his biggest supporters (to say the least), met, hung out, and had a five minute one-on-one conversation with mr. west. they spoke about his yeezy 2's (the shoe he designed with nike). the inspiration and ideas for the yeezy 3's. music. fashion. and...kim k.
after a number of years of dressing up as "kanye les" for halloween, my brother met the guy in full flesh. and for this to happen hours before kanye proposed to kim, pretty cool experience i'd say. i couldn't be any happier for my brother, as i think everyone should get the opportunity to meet someone who inspires them. degrees of separation between me and kanye, 1. degrees of separation between me and kim kardashian, down to 2. have fun at his show tonight my brother. and congrats to kanye and kim on their engagement. may we all find our kim k one day.

my life wouldn't be the same with out you. in fact, i can't image where i would be today if you weren't around. we all love our siblings. our brothers, sisters. but words cannot express the gratitude, the feelings, the emotions i have for my own. i love you. i look up to you. i will always be there for you. and i will always support you. today you turn 30. happy birthday brother. let's celebrate.
