I got hired! I have a new job.
Today I told six of my seven classes that I won't be working there next year and nearly all were angry and upset, wanting to collect signatures, go on strike and barricade school. It warms my heart, honestly. Some said they tried not to cry. So naturally I'm going home to cry and eat a box of TimTams.
So basically I have to tell about 200 kids next week that they won’t have me as a teacher next week. Most of them have had me for two years already. Hopefully letting them know will be easy because lord knows I am an emotional wreck just thinking about it...
