For all the talks about Jericho trying to elevate young talents, he was being an asshole towards Kommander and Top Flight during the commentary, claiming that the rope-bouncing moonsault move that they had was The Lionsault and was stolen by them. And also, this was so unfortunate to the fact that the wrestlers were not white.
First of all, Chris - you don't own the move. They were doing the moonsault, which every wrestler had done before. If this was a Heel moment from him, yeah, I don't give a shit.
Compare that to Nigel who was actually praising Kyle O'Reilly for using his Nigel Lariat move and seemed so excited that someone else used his move! He genuinely was happy that another wrestler sorta copied his movement. And he's supposed to be the heel!
Listen, I was a fan of Jericho. But he got on my last nerve recently. I heard what you said, Jericho. You said you wanted to retire without fanfare. You just wanna stop wrestling and do some Fozzy tour until you're tired. You said so yourself on your podcast.
