Now, I believe that Dwayne and Paul actually put time into their appearance. They would have an entire hair care routine if they didn't live in a cave.
Paul definitely takes the longest, with his clothes and hair. David doesn't take too long as he himself isn't all that set on his own appearance, don't get me wrong, he does want to look good, he just thinks he already does and needs no extra preparation. Dwayne takes pride in his appearance , so you can expect him to take a bit longer.
Marko just doesn't give a damn. Its a party and he will get rowdy, so to him, it doesn't matter what he wears. He's done in literal seconds and probably saves a lot of time by doing so.
He probably usheres everyone along cuz he's bored from waiting
"Can you guys get a move on? I'm aging out here I'm so bored!"
