Since Terry has an anti-ghost bubble, what happens if Terry and Philip were around when little Silver is possessed during the Ghost Wedding event?

Terry and Philip were born to ruin the weird ghostly schemes.

To start with, Philip positively leaps at the chance to be part of this bizarre love story.

However, he's not here to take the role of potential suitor. Instead, he poses as a mysterious stranger whose goal is to support the true love of our darling princess ghost. Terry, being a powerful ghost repellent, easily guides him through the army of ghost soldiers to rescue Idia.

What many people don't know about Philip is that he is a connoisseur of all manner of cheesy romance stories. Romantic fantasy, fluffy shoujo manga, those sexy dime novels written for bored wine moms, it doesn't matter. He has encyclopedic knowledge of tropes and plot twist patterns, and he easily pegs dear Eliza's retainer as her One True Love.

The thirty minutes he asked for were spent dolling himself up and feeding Terry the broad strokes he wanted included in the script. Terry laid out potential dialogue branches so that Philip could respond to any potential arguments.

Most were not needed. He can be very charming when he wants. He pulled out all the stops here.

Terry and Little Silver could barely recognize him in the role.

This is the perk of having theater kids around. They can really put on a show. And they can speak in different fonts.

Of course, once the makeup and costume come off, he goes right back to his usual dead eyes and sarcastic grin. The sparkles are nowhere to be seen.

I feel like he'd get along well with Rook. They could have fun talking about hobbies.

Side note: that funny cape that Philip's wearing is based on something I actually own. It's comfy.

Ortho: *floating over to everyone who's frozen* Analyzing physical composition... Subjects' muscles are experiencing paralysis as a result of high concentrations of spiritual energy.

Vil: Yes, little processed potato, we were there when the ghost slapped us silly. 😑

Ortho: Pairing this in-person diagnosis with reviews of footage from earlier in the day makes me all the more confident that this plan will work. Deuce Spade, please give me your utmost attention.

Deuce: Huh? Why me?

Ortho: The ghost bride's paralysing magic originated from bursts of extreme emotion, in this case anger. So it would stand to reason that a burst of equally strong emotion from the target would cancel out the curse's effect.

Deuce: Okaaay, but I still don't get what makes me so essential.

Ortho: Oh, you will... *plays a full volume remix of Ace's "Who am I, his hot mom?" sentence from hours before loud enough for everyone to hear*

Ace: DUDE, WHAT THE HELL?!?! 😨

Ortho: This is why we don't leave elephants unaddressed. 😏

Kalim: The autotuning was my idea! 😃

Lilia: Oh yes, I can definitely pick out the Daft Punk influences! 😁 Why if I wasn't frozen in place, I'd start busting a move right now!

Sebek: Don't. That's the quickest way to you busting a hip. 😑

Floyd: Ahahahaha! 🤣 Hey, Sea-Angel, you gotta send me that so I can put it on my playlist!

Charles: Deuce? Buddy, you good? 😟

Deuce: *rage building with each repeated utterance of "hot mom" in varying combinations*

Recorded!Ace: "Hot Mom, step on me"

Ace: OKAY, NO THAT WAS OUT OF CONTEXT!!! 😨😨 *gets swarmed by more ghost retainers* Gah!

Deuce: AAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCEEEEE!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 *immediately breaking free of the spell and waving his magical pen*

Ghost K: What a truly depraved young man! 😤

Ghost L: Even more reason to give him the thrashing of a lifetime! *preparing to use magic only for him and his ghostly comrades to be poofed away by several cauldrons dropping on them*

Ace: Nice save, man! 😮‍💨 Hey, whoa whoa whoa, wait a minute let me explain-!

Deuce: *immediately begins thrashing and throttling Ace: I TOLD YOU WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I CAUGHT YOU THIRSTING OVER MY MOM AGAIN!!! 👿👿

Ace: OWOWOW!! DUDE, THIS IS SERIOUSLY NOT THE TIME!! 😖

Deuce: IT'S NEVER THE TIME, WHAT IS ACTUALLY WRONG WITH YOU?!

Charles: I mean... we all know Ace isn't wrong, right? 🫤

Everyone: *nodding and murmering in milf agreement*

Azul: Regardless, I don't see how the rest of us are going to break free without such a... specific incentive.

Ortho: That's what the taser's for.

Everyone: THE WHAT?!?!

it took me an embarrassing amount of time to figure out that ghost yuri was an option

Guys, I was reading The Phantom Bride event since I missed it round one, and honestly... I DIDN'T EXPECT ROOK TO GET THAT FREAKY!!!! I mean, yeah, it's Rook, but man, I started cackling in front of my poor little grandma. I mean, look at this man?!

Honestly, it is what makes him as a character different and fun, that's for sure.

I believe I have improved greatly since the last time I drew this card.

At the very least I adore the saturation and hue of the candle glow.

[The Bride And Her Loyal Bridesmaid]

*As the wax bunny men fight the ghost retainers, Charles begins to freak out and quickly sneaks over to Mahina’s side*

Charlie: (Whispering) Mahina, I’m freaking out!!

Mahina: (Whispering) Yeah, I have a bad feeling about all this…which is why I have a plan.

Charlie: (Shocked/Whispering) You do!?

Mahina: (Whispering) Use that weirdass magic of yours that somehow allows you to teleport-

Charlie: (Whispering) It’s not teleporting but ok…

Mahina: (Whispering) Then you try to free the others from their paralysis.

Charlie: (Whispering) I don’t have the mana to free all of them

Mahina: (Whispering) Then get Leona, he’s arguably the second strongest here, and he’s not prone to possession like me.

*Charles reaches around his suit, looking for his watch. He pulls it out of his breast pocket and silently says an Incantation*

Charlie: (Whispering) Stop the Clock.

*The world around Charles grinds to a halt as time settles to a stop, and the fighting pauses. Once in the frozen time, Charles walks past the horrific wax sculptures and the ghosts, eventually making his way behind Leona*

Charlie: Ok Leona…this is gonna hurt a bit.

*Charles places his pocket watch against Leona’s lower back, he then channels a lightning spell into his watch and shocks the frozen Leona. After he’s done jumpstarting Leona, he checks his watch and quickly makes his way back behind Idia before his time is up. When time resumes, Leona roars in pain*

Leona: *Reaching around his back and jumping in pain* (Confused/Angry) GRAAH!? WHAT THE FUCK!? What was that!?

Idia: Who cares, help me!!

Leona: *Grabbing his wand* No need to tell me twice!! 😏

*Leona runs towards Idia, but a sucker punch knocks him back. When he collects his bearings, he sees a crying Mahina standing in his way and Eliza seems to have disappeared*

Shriek: (Worried) Leona!?

“Mahina”: (Crying/Angry) You!! You all can’t just ruin my wedding like this, this is supposed to be the happiest day of my afterlife!! I’ve waited so long, and I can’t even be happily married!? I will not stand for this-Ghk!?

Leona: *Punching “Mahina” in the face* You think I won’t hit you cause you’re a girl? Bitch, you’ve made so many mistakes today that I’m almost glad to get physical.

“Mahina”: It’s improper for a lady to fight…however this body seems to know what to do anyways.

*Lava begins to flow from “Mahina’s” fists, causing concern for everyone involved, heating the entire cafeteria and melting away the wax soldiers*

Shriek: My Bunnies!!!

Wax Bunny Man: *Gurgling and shrieking*

*“Mahina” quickly goes for another punch but Leona counters with King’s Roar, turning the lava that would’ve connected with him into sand. As the clash continues, Shriek goes for a swing but “Mahina” jumps back and dodges it*

“Mahina”: (Furious) Enough of this!! The princess demands it!!

Leona: Well I’m a prince and I say “Let’s keep at it”.

Shriek: Roger that. 😈

Mahina: *Flowing lava from her body* Fine then…
