orel and christina look similar, but they’re opposite genders…. hypothetically this means one of them has to be transfem/transmasc!!!!!!

How do you feel about the fact Orel got his good ending? Like i would have wanted more feedback of that episode like what happened to his brother

i love the ending!! despite my frustrations with honor i really did like the ending!! i love the fact orel had somewhat healed after what clay put him though!! im glad that he allowed his son to have a dog that looks similar to the one that was stolen from him when he was 12

im happy he and christina are just finally together despite the nonsense their respective families did to them!!

however i still think adult orel should be voiced by griffin mcelroy

Moral Orel Headcanon: Based on how Art Posabule collectively called Block and Christina his “kids,” and how Clay only referred to Orel in that scene and ignored Shapey, I like to think that Block is his biological son, and had him with another woman, who for whatever reason gave up custody to the Posabules. And thats why Poppet was so quick to abandon Block because “not my son. not my problem.”

how did christina grow up? how does her dynamic with her family differ from orel's? did christina being a girl affect how her parents raised her compared to orel? how did her childhood change when both shapey and block permanently moved in with the puppingtons? did art abuse her like clay did with orel, or did a majority of her abuse come from poppit? did she get an injury from her abuse similar to orel did? did christina have a bartholomew? do art and poppit have similar childhoods to clay and bloberta? did art kill his mother? did poppit get kicked out of the family choir? why do both shapey and block prefer living with the puppingtons over the posabules? why does poppit act considerably less like bloberta than art does with clay? (clay and art are near identical in terms of personality, while poppit seems more calm than bloberta, considering she freaks out far less heavily over the detergents being swapped than bloberta does) i know it literally doesn't matter but i am dying to know.

I really wish got more to learn about christina and her family. I really want to hear her parents backstories, more about christinas personality, etc man just like...WE NEED MORE CONTENT/IDEAS ABOUT THE POSABULES 💔💔 IM JUST REALLY CURIOUS AND INTERESTED AND I THINK THEY HAD POTENTIAL

reblogged some quick stuff about christina so u can see where i’m coming from! (as much as i can find when the show is... 17 YEARS OLD???? from when it started o.O)

anyways! i loveeee the idea of christina being everything orel isn’t, but in a good way! she’s more in tune with her emotions and instead of trying to do good and misinterpreting it, she KNOWS what she’s doing is good but isn’t allowed to due to having to hold up the image of being a Perfect Little Christian Girl. 

because block was literally taken/kicked out of their house i feel like the posabules might be more like doughy’s parents than orel’s? more outwardly uncaring and busy than straight up being cruel (unless it’s in the study, of course). 

i like thinking about christina more than her parents (i would say block but we have almost NOTHING about him and shapey to go off of 😭) because the whole point of the show is breaking the cycle of abuse you’re in and realizing things can be good even if the way it was taught to you was bad! .... or something along those lines. i’m not the best with words. 

but! i feel like the direction the show was going in, it was definitely going to bring her back (i mean, they brought her back at the end! everyone important was in the end)! i’m not sure if orel becoming Goth™ was going to be canon or if it’s just popular fanon (for good reason!), but either way he was losing his faith in his religion AND his family AND the town he’s living in so. he’s having a rough go of it. and sooo he finds christina and we develop her character more through what we know about him? and they help each other! 

.... maybe orel even introduces stephanie to christina and THAT gives her character development too?

Hold on is Christina and her family Catholic? I say this becuase in the lords prayer Clay or Bloberta did insult them for "believing in God the wrong way" and in the end of lords prayer, Orel says he wants to be in the correct/different heaven to Christina
